Foundational Components

We have included some foundational components that make our development unique; of course, this wouldn't be impossible without our prestigious partners. We are planning the LC Valley’s only 5-star hotel, creating a high-end, alternative medicine Health Spa, and including a Live Learn & Play concept that includes student housing for Lewis Clark State College's high-end riverfront Condos and several restaurants. All properties will benefit from all the amenities included in the community.
